 Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corp. was established in 1988. It was the first of the industry in obtaining the ISO9002 (version 1994) quality system certificate in 1993, during the decade later it obtained the QS9000 (version 1998) quality system certificate, ISO/TS16949 (version 2002) quality assurance mode certificate, ISO14001 (version 2004) environmental system certificate, OHSAS18001 (version 1999) occupational health and safe management system certificate, and compliance with ‘Certain hazardous substances in the electrical and electronic equipment-2002/95/EC’ (RoHS) system certificate. On 8 th Dec 2005 Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corp transferred to joint-stock company. At present production capacity is 600,000 m2 per year, business covers high accurate product in PCB industry.
Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corp owns two production sites, one is factory I which lies in the main traffic center of Tianjin- Zhonghuan Road, the other is factory II which lies in Tianjin Airport Industrial Park. The land areas of them are 13,400 m2 and 63,000 m2; building area are 16,000 m2 and 27,000 m2. In addition, the construction of factory II is finished completely, and it has been put into production since April, 2006.
Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corp. has been focusing on the printed circuit board production and technology innovation, and it has strong capability on PCB producing. All the production and test facilities are up to the internationally acknowledged level, which increase its ability to manufacture boards with the smallest hole of 0.20mm (8mil) and minimum track width of 0.076mm (3mil) as well as to produce boards of up to 24 layers and 1+N+1 type of HDI product. For the high quality board finishes, chemical gold, flash gold, chemical silver, HASL (Sn/Pb, SN100C), chemical Tin, OSP and selective gold plating, carbon printing mixed technologies are all applied. Based materials usually used are FR4, high Tg, Halogen free, Aluminum laminate etc., all types of products are UL approved (UL number: E133379) and IPC standard.
The products are widely applied in such fields as aviation and aerospace, computer networks, post and telecommunications, automotive electronics, industrial automation control, instruments and meters, medical devices, building's safety and security equipment and home appliance. The products are exported to European, American, Australian customers and etc., of which some are world top and some are newly set up. No matter existed or newly developed customers, the corporation will provide them with the service goal "To give total satisfaction to the customers".
